While we  primarily coach elite tennis players, we also train athletes from other sports, as well as doing movement training along with sport psychology work with competitive golfers.

 At Man of Steele Sports we use state of the art  techniques to improve your performance.  For physical training we rely heavily on three key systems.

  1. The first being Z-Health, which works directly with the nervous system to increase levels of performance and reduce injuries.
  2. Second is the Russian kettlebell it has been described as the ultimate handheld gym.
  3. and finally the Functional Movement Screen which is used to test and identify poor movement and injury sources.

For the psychological side of sport we have devised a three test program which we call the Mind of Steele to identify strengths and weaknesses that may be holding back your performance.
